I have been happily married to Brian for 22 years and I am the proud mother of two beautiful sons named Spencer and Shane. We also have a spastic yorkie named Willy. I have been a teacher for 17 years, and I have a Master's in Educational Administration. I have been teaching 5th grade for the last 5 years, but I have also taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2011, but after some
research I realized I’ve probably had it a lot longer. This blog will be about
my world, as I know it, as I live with Fibromyalgia. I will talk about being a wife and mother, a daughter and sister,
an aunt, cousin, and friend. I
will also talk about being a 5th grade teacher! My roles in life are not always easy, but I do my best to
get through them while living in pain.
Like most Fibro Warriors, I take each day one at a time! Most of the
time I write with humor, but on occasion I tend to get a little serious.
